Prices and Payments

Prices for the Services will be as set out on our website or as otherwise agreed. Orders will be confirmed only when full payment has been received. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check for the latest price list on the website each time before ordering. We shall have the right and sole discretion to amend or alter the modes of payment. Credit Card payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard. Bank Transfer payment can be arranged, and you will incur all bank charges.

Cancellation

Upon confirmation of your order, any cancellation with less than 30 days written notice before the program commencement is chargeable at 50% of the full fee. Cancellation with less than 14 days written notice before the program commencement is chargeable at 100% of the full fee. For each coaching session that is part of a series of sessions in a program, if you do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling, or do not show up for the coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that this will result in the forfeiture of the coaching session.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

a. Use at Your Own Risk: The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and your use of the Website and Services is solely at your own risk. We make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure.

b. No Endorsement: Any third-party links or references provided on the Website are for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or services provided by third parties.
